Job summary

Denkwise Ventures GmbH seeks an Operations & Marketing Associate (m/f/d) to drive marketing, e-commerce, operations, and logistics for home, lifestyle, and interiors products. Part-time (15–20 hours/week) with broad responsibility across supplier coordination, Shopify tasks, and content creation.

You will conduct market and product research, maintain documentation, and support campaigns and analytics. German fluency and strong organization are essential; candidates should live within commuting

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
• Native or near-native German.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Confident using digital tools and business software.
• Based within commuting distance of Schöllkrippen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners.
• Support project planning and business operations.
• Conduct market, product, and competitor research.
• Maintain organised documentation and internal processes.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain and update Shopify stores.
• Create and optimise product pages.
• Upload products, collections, and website content.
• Support merchandising and website improvements.
• Plan, create, and publish social media content.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and email newsletters.
• Assist with Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
