Job summary

Cub Stillwater is seeking a dedicated part-time ecommerce associate to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. This role requires attention to detail and strong customer service to support a smooth online ordering experience for our customers.

You will handle order fulfillment, maintain safety and sanitation processes, and communicate with store staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform reading, writing and basic math.
• Able to communicate effectively with store staff and other departments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Communicate with other departments and store staff.
• Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging efficiently.
• Check expiration dates during slow periods.
