Job summary

Cub Fridley is seeking a dedicated part-time ecommerce team member to accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. This role emphasizes attention to detail and strong customer service to ensure a smooth online ordering experience for our customers.

You will work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and interact with store staff to maintain product quality and order accuracy.

Qualifications

Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods.
Memorization, reading, writing and math.
On-going customer interaction with prompt, courteous service.
Good judgment when supervision is not immediately available.
Follow verbal or written instructions; request supplies as needed.
Shifts vary in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality selection of product
Execute on delivery times and order accuracy
Follow department safety and sanitation programs for selection, transportation and delivery
Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality
Effective communication with other departments and store staff
Provide comparable products for substitution
Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging orders in an efficient and effective manner
Checking expiration dates throughout the store during slow periods
