You’ll leverage beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge to enhance every dining experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with shifts posted for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating guest needs.
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe work area and complete side work.
