FLSA Status: Exempt – Not Eligible for Overtime Compensation

Position Overview: This Part‑Time Instructor is responsible for teaching Social Sciences courses across a variety of modalities: MDC In‑Person, MDC Live (learning interactively in a virtual environment), MDC Online, and blended classes.

Qualifications: Candidates must be employed by an authorized MDC Dual Enrollment secondary school partner and meet Miami Dade College Faculty Credential Statement teaching qualifications, including SACSCOC Principles of Accreditation minimum criteria.

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Social Work, Guidance & Counseling, or a related behavioral science; or a Master's Degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in those disciplines.
• All degrees from a regionally accredited institution.
