Karing Hands Provider Services LLC in Massillon, Ohio is seeking DSPs to join our compassionate care team. We welcome both full-time and part-time colleagues who are dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in daily activities and personal care.

You will work with clients to implement care plans, provide companionship, document progress, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further healthcare education is a plus.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
