Job summary

Center for Human Services in Kirksville, MO seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Family & Community Supports to empower individuals with disabilities. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required; CPR/First Aid training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Encourage community connections and build relationships.
• Support independence and skill development in daily living.
• Assist with personal care, medications, and therapies as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and complete documentation.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and uphold professional conduct.
