Job summary

Bach To Rock is seeking a part-time Drum Set instructor to provide lessons to students of all ages using the B2R curriculum. You will teach private and semi-private drum lessons, create an engaging learning environment, and help students prepare for bands and ensembles.

We offer a flexible schedule with responsibilities including event support and potential equipment maintenance. Hourly pay starts at $19–$25, with ICHRA health benefits for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must understand music concepts and communicate them effectively to students.
• Advanced understanding of music theory and technique relevant to drum set.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and semi-private drum set lessons using B2R curriculum.
• Create an encouraging, fun, and focused lesson atmosphere.
• Assess readiness for band or ensemble involvement.
• Assist at school events.
• May repair equipment as needed and coach small ensembles.
