Averhealth in Marion, IN is seeking a Part-Time Drug Screening Representative to support individuals on their path to recovery. You’ll collect and process urine samples, maintain records, and ensure patients are treated with respect and confidentiality.

This entry-level role offers growth opportunities, flexible afternoon shifts, and a path to advanced responsibilities within the testing network. Pay is $16.00 per hour; primary worksite may vary with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with male patients under probation, treatment, or bond requirements.
• Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all standards.
• Primary worksite may vary; travel to secondary sites within a 45 mile radius may be required.
