Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Ohio driver license with a clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for residents to clinical services, employment, appointments, and activities.
• Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for resident transport.
• Interact with residents in a respectful, trauma-informed manner.
• Monitor safety and boundaries during transport and report concerns to supervisors.
• Accurately track mileage, trip logs, and transportation documentation.
