Job summary

United Mailing Services, Inc. (UMS) in Madison is seeking a Part-Time Driver to safely transport mail between customers, UMS facilities, and the USPS.

Shifts are mid-shift (2PM-5PM) with responsibilities including route execution, loading/unloading vehicles, and maintaining high customer service standards. You will report to the Route Department Supervisor and collaborate with facility management as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Wisconsin driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift containers weighing 10–15 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute routes accurately to pick up mail from customers and return mail to the UMS facility.
• Load and unload UMS vehicles safely.
• Represent UMS with quality customer service and report issues to management.
• Maintain safety and vehicle upkeep; operate in all weather conditions.
• Assist production as needed to keep mail moving to USPS.
• Follow all attendance, safety, and policy guidelines.
