Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a Part-time (PRN) Resident Driver/Delivery Worker for both facilities in Allentown & Fountain Hill.

Position Details:

• Part-time (PRN), up to 20 hours per week, varied hours Monday-Friday, some weekends.
• Transport residents to leisure outings, assist residents in the community, deliver supplies between facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Transporting residents, assisting with entering/exiting vehicles, following trip instructions, and maintaining vehicle mileage and inspections.
• Leisure outings include shopping, sports events, dining, movies, and scenic tours.
• Develop rapport with residents and staff, ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist Environmental Services with deliveries when not on trips, reporting to the Director of ES.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of safe passenger loading/unloading, vehicle operation, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to navigate geographic areas within the County.
• Ability to follow instructions, keep records, lift and support residents.
• Maintain effective relationships with staff and residents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6-12 months driving experience with paratransit and box trucks/motor vehicles.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Experience with elderly and disabled populations, with compassion and patience.

Salary: $17.78 per hour.
