Job summary

Behavioral Health Allies is seeking a dedicated driver to safely transport clients to appointments and community activities. You will assist passengers, including those using mobility equipment, while maintaining strict confidentiality and documentation of trips and incidents.

Role requires a clean driving record, relevant endorsements, and compliance with screening procedures. This is a safety-sensitive position that may require adherence to behavioral support plans and medication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Missouri Class E license with an S endorsement, CDL with an S endorsement, or out-of-state equivalent; clean driving record and company insurance eligibility.
• Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Background checks, drug screening, physical, and pre-hire/annual Human Performance Evaluations. Random and annual drug/alcohol testing and physicals apply.

Pay: Starting at $20/hour, with final pay based on education, experience, and qualifications.
Bonus: $500 for part-time employees working 20+ hours/week—half paid at 90 days and half at 180 days.

Help clients travel safely to appointments, outings, and community activities while providing compassionate, respectful support.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
