We are a Utah County home builder looking for a part-time, remote drafter. Experience with Chief Architect is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete full home designs and plan sets from start to finish
• Work with project owners and structural engineers to revise and update plan designs
• Create lighting/electrical plans
• Create cabinet and finish elevations
• Create 3D renderings

Qualifications

• Experience working in residential and light commercial
• Has own adequate computer and workstation
• Highly self-motivated and self-managed
• Excellent communication skills and follow-up
• Eye for design and detail
• Experience with Chief Architect is a major plus, as that's what we currently use
