We are looking for aspiring and energetic individuals eager to contribute to the success of Trash Butler, offering a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent doorstep valet trash services.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $800 per month. Paid out semi-monthly.

• Available Sunday through Thursday evenings.
• Work hours from 8:00 pm (sharp) until finished (approximately 2-3 hours on average).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps.
• Use Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash to the designated dumpster or chute.
• Maintain daily contact with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise disturbance.
• Adhere to our core values: Building Leaders, Always Branding, Creating a Fun, Safe, and Winning Team, Listening, Fulfilling & Delighting.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own an open-bed pick-up truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Have a smartphone to use our app.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
• Work independently and efficiently without compromising service quality.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
