We are looking for aspiring and energetic individuals eager to contribute to the success of Trash Butler, offering a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent doorstep valet trash services.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $50 per day. Paid out semi-monthly.

• Available Sunday and Thursday evenings.
• Work hours from 8:00pm until approximately 2-3 hours later.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly trash/recycling collection.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport collected trash safely to the designated dumpster/chute.
• Maintain communication with supervisor/manager for workflow efficiency.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to avoid disturbing residents.
• Adhere to company core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own an open bed pick-up truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (mandatory for properties requiring a truck).
• Have a smartphone to use the company's app.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
