Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated canvasser for field, door-to-door to help homeowners schedule roof inspections in Lee’s Summit, MO. This is a 1099 commission-based role with pay of $50 per verified lead after confirmation by our sales team and a PM inspection.

You will work in assigned neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and generate qualified leads in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation (no company vehicle).
• Own cell phone.

What You’ll Do

As a canvasser, you’ll knock doors in assigned neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, and set up roof inspections. This is an outside, door-to-door role, and self-generating leads is expected.

How You Get Paid

This is a 1099 commission-based position. You earn $50.00 for every verified lead. A lead is verified once our sales team confirms it and a project manager gets on the roof and completes an inspection.
