Job summary

A local non-profit blood organization is seeking a Part-Time Donor Scheduler in Gainesville, FL. You will inspire donors to book life-saving appointments while guiding them through the donation process. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a love for connecting with people, and preferred experience in customer service or call centers. This role is flexible with hours ranging from 20-25 per week. Starting pay is between $14.00 and $15.40 an hour.

Previous customer service, call center, and/or phone sales experience preferred.

Available Shifts:

• Monday-Thursday: Morning: 9am-2pm, Afternoon: 1pm-6pm, Evening: 4pm-9pm
• Friday: Morning: 9am-2pm, Afternoon: 1pm-6pm
• Saturday and Sunday: Morning: 10am-2pm

**Hours are flexible, but must be available 20-25 hours per week**

• Inspire donors to schedule life‑saving appointments and donate blood
• Guide donors through the process, answering questions and addressing concerns with care
• Promote exciting local blood drives and special events to encourage donations
• Help us crush collection goals and ensure our community has the blood it needs
• Performance goals and metrics are clearly communicated and monitored to ensure your success

LifeSouth is a non‑profit community blood bank serving more than 150 hospitals in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. We are committed to meeting the blood supply needs of hospitals and their patients by providing the highest quality blood components and services. With more than 45 donor centers, 55 bloodmobiles and 2,000 blood drives a month, our LifeSouth team is dedicated to making sure the blood is there when you or your family is in need.

This is a part‑time position. Starting salary range is $14.00 - $15.40 an hour.
