Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region in Maple Valley, WA is seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant to join our production team. You will process and sort the donations provided by our community.

This role supports the donation operations, helps unload trucks, and ensures a clean, organized donation area. We look for reliable, team‑oriented individuals with a positive attitude and good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary.
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
