Job summary

Goodwill Omaha is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to assist donors, process donations, and keep the sales floor stocked. You will greet donors, inspect items, price and tag clothing, and work with the team to maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Facing customers, you will help ensure a positive experience while handling donations and pricing with care. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service, warehouse, production or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process donations and assist in sorting donated goods.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and greet them promptly.
• Inspect, price and tag clothing and donations according to store policy.
• Stock shelves and ensure sales floor is fully stocked during operating hours.
• Assist in processing and distribution of hard lines and other items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and cooperate with team members.
• Attend to attendance and demonstrate a positive work environment.

Education
