Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Donations Associate to provide excellent customer service while assisting with donations. This role involves interacting with customers, unloading donations, and ensuring a clean environment. Ideal candidates will have retail experience and strong communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: $16.15/hr. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! We've partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule. Part-time employees in our Retail and Sales/Operations Division are eligible for paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave. The Donation Services Associate I is typically the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers. They provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers promptly and assisting as needed, which may include lifting or unloading donations from vehicles or other areas. Associates are expected to handle goods with care and respect for donated items.
