Job summary

The Salvation Army Granite City 360 Life Center is seeking a Driver to handle general donation pick-ups across the service area in Granite City, IL. This part-time position offers 27 hours per week at $15.00 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license and MVR check.

Essential duties include transporting participants, delivering and picking up kettles, setting up donations, and supporting team training while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with one year related work experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend a job description and follow direction.
• Basic communication skills to facilitate good communications.
• Requires valid driver’s license (MO E or IL D) and must pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transporting participants to and from activities.
• Assist with delivering and picking up kettles and counter kettles.
• Make pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Setup donation giveaways.
• Participate in team training and development when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional behavior with clients.
