Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a part-time Retail Donation Attendant to support donation intake and customer service at Store #31 in Burleson, TX. You will sort donations, issue receipts, and help maintain clean, organized donation areas.

Operates in a busy retail setting with varied hours. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors as needed is required; two days off per week. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a work or educational setting interacting with people.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet production quotas and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from donors and provide receipts.
• Sort donations according to guidelines and track goods received.
• Move and sort donations using pushcarts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Load/unload company trucks and keep donation areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general store cleaning and other duties as assigned.
