You will patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and report findings, with a focus on safety and compliance. The role requires DoD Secret clearance and a high school diploma, offering flexible shifts and a people-first workplace.

Qualifications

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology and research facilities, including exterior areas and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to incidents, patrols, and security-related activities.
