Job summary

TForce Freight is hiring a part-time Dockworker. Starting rate is $24.00 per hour. The role supports loading, unloading, and safe handling of freight at multiple service centers, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

No CDL is required, and the team prioritizes customer-focused service and reliable operations. As a valued member of a growth-focused LTL carrier, you will operate forklifts and yard equipment, handle pallets, and ensure shipments arrive in good condition.

Qualifications

• No CDL required
• Impeccable customer service and dedication
• Safety performs essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co-workers
• Able to read, write and speak the English language
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and time managements skills
• Forklift operator certification
• Customer focused & team-oriented work ethic
• Safety focused
• 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize all damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival.
