TForce Freight, Inc. is hiring a part-time Dockworker to help load and unload freight safely and efficiently. No CDL is required, and candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English.

The role involves operating dock equipment, printing BOLs, and maintaining a safe work environment at our U.S. facilities. Starting rate is $21 per hour with full benefits including pension, 401K, paid time off, and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• No CDL required.
• Impeccable customer service and dedication.
• Safety performs essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co-workers.
• Able to read, write and speak the English language.
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Customer focused & team-oriented work ethic.
• Safety focused.
• 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize all damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival.
