Job summary

Charter College is seeking experienced part-time Sonography DMS Instructionists to work at the Anchorage, AK campus. This role involves teaching blended courses over 10 weeks, utilizing both online tools and face-to-face instruction to enhance student learning.

Job Summary

Job Duties

• Prepare a syllabus consistent with course descriptions for each course.
• Instruct students on appropriate workplace conduct.
• Gather and analyze feedback to ensure student comprehension.
• Maintain academic standards and evaluate student progress regularly.
• Provide timely evaluations to students and be available for student concerns.
• Review student evaluations of instruction and participate in improvement efforts.
• Contribute to student retention initiatives.
• Serve on faculty committees and attend official college functions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date official transcripts of formal studies.
• Enroll in professional development courses as required.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Maintain an ARDMS and/or ARRT certification.
• Must be within driving distance of Anchorage, AK.

Compensation

• Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt.
• Pay range: $37.00 – $45.32 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

• Day or evening shifts, Monday through Saturday.
• 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. variable hours.
• Four‑hour shifts.

Location

Anchorage, AK 99508 – Hybrid remote position. Candidates must relocate before starting work if not within driving distance.
