Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in New Jersey to contribute to patient care and pharmacy operations. The role supports the Pharmacy Manager and oversees staff, safety, regulatory compliance and customer service in a busy community pharmacy.

The position requires an active pharmacy license in the state, immunization certification and a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy. Part-time status with a weekly 20-hour schedule and a pay range of $60.00–$76.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for crimes involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory requirements and quality assurance within the pharmacy.
• Drive customer service, inventory management and profitability.
• Manage workflow and adapt to a dynamic community healthcare setting.
• Contribute to a team culture that emphasizes caring and quality care.
