Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record eligible to operate district vehicles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple school sites.
• Physical stamina for manual labor and varying indoor/outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• District-wide maintenance of facilities and grounds with custodial duties as needed.
• Provide operational backup for maintenance personnel across district locations.
• Coordinate and stagger lunch schedules to ensure continuous maintenance coverage.
• Respond promptly to district facility emergencies.
• Safely operate a district-provided vehicle for work-related travel and equipment transport.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
