Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Part-Time Distribution Assistant for our Oakland, CA facility. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy a casual environment, and prefer later hours, this role may be for you.

You will report to the Manager Distribution and work Mon-Wed 9:30 AM to 6 PM PST, earning $20.00 per hour in a climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities include matching orders to checks and packing instructions, following customer packing specs, conducting weekly inventory, and supporting special

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience in packing, mailroom, or distribution environment desirable.
• Computer skills, including Windows applications and e-mail.
• Mobility required for standing for long periods, sitting, walking, and bending.
• Ability to regularly lift, hold and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Match each order’s checks/vouchers, reports, and packing instructions.
• Follow each customer’s packing instructions to ensure each package is complete.
• Perform weekly inventory to ensure appropriate stocking of supplies.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Work overtime as needed, especially during quarter-end and year-end.
• Other duties as assigned
