Job summary

Hilco Vision is a global eye care company with a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio. The Distribution Center seeks experienced Distribution Associates to pick, pack, and ship orders, maintain inventory, and ensure quality standards.

Shifts are part-time, Monday through Wednesday, 9 AM to 7:30 PM, with occasional overtime and Saturday scheduling with notice. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs, work safely around equipment, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive and put away inventory.
• Ensure products meet quality requirements.
