Job summary

Heidelberg Distributing Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ohio to handle receiving, picking, and loading duties in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. The role requires safe operation of forklifts and voice-picking tools, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will work primarily in a warehouse setting, moving goods onto trucks, maintaining a clean workspace, and coordinating with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacks.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, as needed.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must have a positive, winning attitude and excellent attendance record.
• Must be a fast-paced individual with a strong work ethic.
• Be able to pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
• Must be able to move or lift up to 165 lbs on occasion and repetitively list 25+ lbs throughout the shift.
• While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs, sit; use hands to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls, including standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick product cases in a fast, accurate and efficient manner utilizing Voice Pick technology.
• Load pallets on to trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean and effective workplace.
