Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Driver in Cincinnati, OH. The role offers flexible, anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings while building hands-on experience in a large security services organization.

Pay is $21.00 per hour with required qualifications including a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The schedule features night shifts, and the program supports progression toward a full‑time

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and requests to appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Monitor communication systems, access activity, alarms, and camera feeds as assigned; maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating communications with site personnel and public emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions and potential security‑related concerns.
