Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Experienced Driver in Liberty Township, OH. This part-time role offers reliable, fixed shifts with flexibility to pick up additional shifts for higher earnings, designed to support income stability and progression toward a full-time schedule.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and potential licensing as per state rules. Pay is $18.25 per hour, with daytime shifts on Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM and duties including

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A Guard Card/License is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, reporting unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, observe visitor and vehicle activity, and direct guests in accordance with procedures.
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations and communicate information to site management.
