Job summary

4-K Housing's Stoney Brook of Hewitt is seeking a Part-time (as needed) Dishwasher/Utility Worker to join our team. Shifts run 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., with weekend and holiday rotation. Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Must become a State-accredited food handler within 60 days.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep dish machine clean and report problems.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster as scheduled.
• Handle tableware to prevent breakage.
