Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine according to procedures.
• Polishes silver and maintains sanitation across equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
