Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Glastonbury, CT is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at The Residence at Glastonbury to support dining services for seniors. The wage band is $17.25 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and benefits are offered. Part-time associates receive holiday pay.

Responsibilities include keeping the kitchen clean, washing dishes, and assisting with events and meal service in a respectful, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or dishwashing preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Keep floors clean (sweeping, mopping, washing) and empty trash.
• Assist with putting away food orders and storing appropriately.
• Assist chefs and servers as assigned.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events and banquets.
