Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at Olivet Community Schools. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required. Perks include no nights, no weekends, no early mornings, and a school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Wash pots, pans and trays according to procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using appropriate methods and maintain sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and sanitary standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies as needed.
