Responsibilities

1. Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware by hand washing and operating washing equipment safely and skillfully, including polishing stainless and silverware.
2. Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills, cleaning all kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces. Manage trash bins and keep the wash area organized.
3. Assist with special and deep cleaning projects. Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
