Responsibilities

• Ensure clean dishes, pots, pans, and flatware are ready.
• Clear the dish window and properly store clean dishes.
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Sweep, mop, and ensure a safe, spotless workspace.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and restocking supplies.
• Support the team wherever needed to keep service flowing.
