Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in clean, sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operates dishwashing equipment or hand washes as assigned, maintaining safety standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain sanitation.
• Removes trash and handles disposal per procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
