• Polishes silver using specified equipment; ensures sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe; follows safety procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles waste appropriately.
