Responsibilities

• Ensure highest sanitation levels for all items used.
• Utilize and implement M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety.
• Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas clean.
• Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
