Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dishwashing, food service, or healthcare optional but helpful.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, silverware, trays, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, sinks, floors, walls, and equipment.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain sanitation standards according to regulations.
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions and supply shortages to supervisors.
• Interact respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff.
