Qualifications include being dependable, able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, and willing to work with others. Previous kitchen or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain proper dish machine temperatures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen and dish area.
• Clean and wipe down food carts after meals.
• Empty and clean garbage cans.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist the dietary team as needed.
