Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, and glassware.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness, dry storage, and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning tasks including steam tables and hoods.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Supports safe work practices in all duties.
• Cleans kitchen after close and assists other duties as needed.
