Job summary

Deerfield Golf Club in Newark, DE is seeking a part-time dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will wash, sanitize, and stock dishes, pots, pans, and glassware while helping maintain a clean prep area and kitchen.

Regular and reliable attendance is required. This role offers exposure to Troon’s hospitality-focused organization with opportunities to learn and grow within a globally recognized golf and community management group.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, and glassware.

• Performs daily cleaning tasks including steam tables and hoods.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Supports safe work practices in all duties.
• Cleans kitchen after close and assists other duties as needed.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk‑in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have experience working infast paced restaurant experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
