Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain dishwashing stations, sinks, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Secure company assets.
