Job summary

Premiere Behavioral Supports is seeking a part-time Community Support Staff in Riverside, New Jersey. You will work a morning shift (8:00am–12:00pm), providing one-on-one skill-building support to adults with developmental disabilities in varied Cumberland County locations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, and at least six months of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Six months of professional work experience with a person with a developmental disability preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skill-building interventions for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Support adults in developing adaptive and practical coping skills and educational/vocational goals.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and timely.
