Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time in-home therapist to provide DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children. Sessions are primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, with potential weekend hours. You’ll build trusting relationships through play, collect light data, and receive supervision and mentorship.

Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities are offered. A valid ID, background checks, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor)
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks
• Valid form of ID

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors
